Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead Telcell’s social media presence and influencer marketing activities across the Telcell and Telcell Wallet ecosystem. This role combines content planning, influencer management, campaign execution, community engagement, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should be able to both think strategically and manage day-to-day execution with strong ownership, attention to detail, and high quality standards.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Experience in influencer identification, communication, campaign coordination, and content review.
  • Ability to develop content plans and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret performance data.
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards while working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Experience with content creation, basic design, or video tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Պարտականություններ

1. Social Media Strategy and Content Management

  • Own and execute Telcell’s social media and influencer marketing activities in line with brand, product, and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content plan and publishing calendar across Telcell and Telcell Wallet platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual quality across all social media channels.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, platform updates, and competitor activity to continuously improve content and positioning.

2. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage influencers that match Telcell’s brand and target audience.
  • Build and maintain long-term working relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Prepare clear campaign briefs for influencers, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, key messages, and content guidelines.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and proper execution.
  • Review and align influencer content before publication to ensure it meets brand, communication, and campaign requirements.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

3. Content Production and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal design, copywriting, and marketing team members to ensure timely creation of visuals, texts, videos, and other campaign materials.
  • Delegate and coordinate content-related tasks with relevant team members and follow up on deadlines, quality, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and other internal teams to ensure social media communication reflects current priorities and accurate product information.
  • Support launches, campaigns, promotions, collaborations, and partner-related communication materials for social media.

4. Community Management and Social Media Operations

  • Manage and develop Telcell’s social media communities by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful interaction.
  • Ensure proper setup and smooth use of relevant social media tools and platforms.
  • Maintain day-to-day operational control over content publishing and communication flow.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of social media content, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Prepare regular reports with clear insights, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Use data-driven analysis to improve engagement, reach, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.

6. Budget and Efficiency Control

  • Support planning and control of budgets related to influencer collaborations and paid social media support where applicable.
  • Ensure activities are delivered within the approved budget and in line with expected business impact.
