- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or other video editing programs)
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate
- Solid understanding of video production and filmmaking techniques
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in animation and video production
- Have an eye for identifying catchy moments and build emotionally and visually appealing reels for specific purposes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create engaging and impactful reels that align with brand objectives and storytelling goals. - Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to edit and produce high-quality video content, ensuring consistency in style and tone. - Implement motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and visual appeal of reels. - Work closely with the filmmaking and video production teams to ensure seamless integration of video content with other media formats. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. - Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and reel making to bring innovative ideas to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the video production process. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and social media, to optimize video content for various platforms. - Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their editing and production skills. - Maintain organized project files and manage media assets efficiently to ensure easy access and retrieval.
