Hello! We are hirehire, a collective of experienced product and design professionals acting as a recruitment agency. Our professional network is our greatest asset. We have friends working at most tech companies you've heard of, and we really enjoy building warm, long-term relationships with all the talents we deal with.
Right now, we're looking for a Recruitment Partner who will handle sourcing, operations, and project management—essentially the entire hiring cycle, except for the interviews themselves, which are traditionally conducted by product and design domain experts.

- Source relevant talent within our internal database and on LinkedIn.
- Enrich candidate information and keep our Applicant Tracking System updated.
- Actively communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Prepare clear vacancy briefs, job descriptions, and other communication materials.
- Monitor vacancy analytics to ensure timely hiring and high client satisfaction.
- Participate in cool internal projects, especially around AI automation.
Պարտականություններ
- 1–2 years of experience, ideally in recruitment.
- Experience with CRMs and outreach tools.
- Comfortable with routine tasks and eager to automate them.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Quick responsiveness and problem-solving mindset.
- Empathy, initiative, and willingness to learn.
