Gulf Armenia is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team.
Պահանջներ
- At least 4 years of experience as an System Administrator or similar role in a non-IT-focused organization, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and systems management.
- Proficiency in network security, firewalls, and data protection practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Պարտականություններ
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, workstations, and security systems.
- Manage IT support for employees, troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Ensure the protection of data and systems by managing security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, and implementing best practices for data protection and disaster recovery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality of service.
- Oversee IT support functions, resolving technical issues for staff, ensuring minimal downtime, and providing timely resolutions to IT-related problems.
- Work closely with different departments to understand their technology needs, providing customized solutions to improve operational efficiency.
