Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Yerevan, Armenia. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and implement strategies to optimize the company’s online retail operations. Responsibilities include managing online sales activities, analyzing website performance, developing e-commerce strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute Eldorado’s e-commerce strategy based on market trends and customer insights.
Ensure stable technical performance in collaboration with IT & Development teams.
Maintain accurate and standardized product onboarding and catalog logic.
Analyze sales, conversion rates, AOV and other KPIs using digital analytics tools.
Oversee Eldorado.am UX/UI, category structure, filters and product pages.
Actively collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams on campaigns and customer journey optimization.
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and present data-driven recommendations to management.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager as required by the role.
