The company helps publishers maximize ad revenue through programmatic advertising, header bidding, and video ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new website opportunities in the international market, securing partnerships, and driving business growth.
Type and Schedule: Hybrid (Mon–Thu: Remote, 16:00–01:00 | Fri: Office, 09:00–18:00) Office location for Fri: Anastas Mikoyan 2/2

Requirements: -Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to work in an international market and adapt to different time zones. -Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. -English level: B2 at least.

Responsibilities: -Develop and execute a sales strategy to onboard new websites and partners. -Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and publishers. -Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners. -Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
