As a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in the growth and success of the Mary Parfum brand. You will be responsible for conducting market research, overseeing supplier relationships, and coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless operations.

- Relevant work experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong understanding of market trends.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience in contract negotiation and managing supplier relationships.
- Previous experience in the retail or perfume industry is a plus.

- Perform brand-specific marketing planning to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Responsible for ordering, tracking shipments, and reporting on inventory levels.
- Maintain regular correspondence with suppliers and manage brand-related communication.
- Oversee brand management and merchandising in-store and online.
- Collaborate with customs officers to ensure smooth import processes.
- Process orders from placement to product arrival at stores, ensuring timely delivery and sales control.
- Prepare contracts with foreign partners and update terms annually.
- Identify and introduce new promising brands to the company.
- Provide various monthly reports to the management and foreign partners.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns with the sales team to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions (when applicable) for team members.
- Ensure continuous availability of products and testers in all the stores.
- Develop and manage discount systems in collaboration with store operators.
