A 6-hour, hands-on meetup: build a working AI-integrated frontend app, then dive into how AI is reshaping team communication and leadership. Join GDG Yerevan for a practical, builder-focused event with two parts:
- Workshop: create a frontend application integrated with AI (Angular + Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)).
- Talk: how AI affects daily work communication—and how Mid+ engineers can help teams stay aligned instead of “losing the thread.”
What we’ll do Part 1 — Workshop (11:00–14:30) Armen Vardanyan opens with a short intro, then we build together: a frontend app that integrates AI using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) + Angular. Part 2 — Talk (15:00–16:00) Inesa Toroyan — “Leading with Emotional Intelligence” Let’s talk about what it really means to lead in a world where AI is part of everyday decision-making. This session explores how emotional intelligence helps engineers use AI thoughtfully while strengthening judgment, communication, and trust. We’ll discuss the role of senior engineers and the team dynamics in the era of AI. Part 3 — Networking (16:00–17:00) Meet people, exchange ideas, and connect with the community. 🍕 Pizza will be available during the event (no dedicated pizza break—grab a slice whenever it fits your flow).

Speakers Armen Vardanyan — Front End Team Lead at VOLO LLC, Google Developer Expert for Angular, host of Angular Space TV channel, author of Modern Angular. Inesa Toroyan — Senior Full-stack Software Engineer at Grid Dynamics. I work mainly with Java and Angular, but I’m always curious about new tools and ideas. I enjoy working with people and prioritize it above everything. Outside of work, I’m passionate about making art—oil painting, pottery, making music, and playing musical instruments. I try to bring the same creativity and curiosity from my personal passions into the work I do every day.
