Requirements
- Required skills/experience:
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and guide teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, IT operations, and product development processes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master for at least two years, with hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies and deep knowledge of Scrum principles.
- Familiarity with other Agile approaches such as Kanban and XP, and comfort working in various methodologies, in the age of AI.
- Skilled in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar to help teams manage tasks and track progress.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):
- Working with AI to build better work processes, e.g. Gemini, Claude.
- Working with automation tools like n8n
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
Responsibilities
- • Facilitate effective collaboration across development, design, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery, from idea to production, of customer value.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks while promoting continuous improvement through Agile, Lean, and evidence-based practices across the chain – product, design, development, QA, etc..
- Track and report key delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, time to market, innovation rate) to help teams optimize value delivery.
- Coach team in Agile practices, fostering self-organization, sustainable growth and maturity.
- Evaluate and adapt delivery frameworks to ensure they support fast, high-quality outcomes, per team.
- Remove impediments or connect the team with the right people to do so, building a safe, trusting environment for open problem-solving.
- Facilitate productive discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution while promoting transparency and clear communication. Make sure people follow up on their decisions.
- Support the Product Managers in backlog management and prioritization, using a servant leadership approach to empower the team.
