Gulf Armenia is looking for an organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in HRM, Organizational Psychology or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of HR/Recruitment;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing and recruitment campaigns;
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment: defining job requirements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and onboarding new hires;
- Source candidates using diverse sourcing methods — including online platforms, passive outreach, networking events, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and refine selection criteria;
- Use various sourcing channels — job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
