Factumsoft is looking for a proactive, organized and result-oriented person with analytical mindset and can do attitude to join our team as a QA Specialist. The incumbent will work closely with our software development team and business analysts to comprehend and test our proprietary software solutions.
Requirements
- Technical education and background
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of Software Testing Fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of C# Programming Language and SQL
- Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
- Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying, and growing
- Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
- Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills (knowledge of German or French is plus)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Test Plans and Scenarios
- Test Factumsoft solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases
- Identify, analyze, and document problems, report test results
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum teams
- Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA processes
