At Marriott, people are the heart of everything we do. As a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST, you will play a key role in building our team by finding, attracting, and welcoming talented individuals who share our passion for service and excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, universities, and professional networks.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, showcasing Marriott as the employer of choice in Armenia.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience, from application through to hiring decision.
  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding logistics: orientation scheduling, and first-day welcome.
  • Prepare and deliver the job offer to the selected candidate, in alignment with the HR Director and Hiring Manager to ensure consistency with policies and budget.
  • Collaborate with the internal Trainer to ensure new associates receive a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and continuously improve processes.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local and company policies and standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
  • Fluent in Armenian and English (both written and spoken), knowledge of Russian is a plus.
