Wip's partner company Pharm Etalon Plus, the authorized distributor of Sandoz in Armenia, seeks a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Պահանջներ
- Higher Education in relevant field (master's degree in business administration will be plus)
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales or marketing management role
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Sales and business development skills

- Establish partnerships to increase sales and collaborate with media platforms
- Develop and Implement Advertising Campaign Strategies
- Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team
- Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel
- Develop and Manage High-Level Client Relationships
- Maximize value from referral networks and business connections
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress
