The discussion will feature: • Prof. Ruben Enikolopov — globally respected economist with experience at NES, Harvard, Pompeu Fabra and BSE. • Dr. Tigran Jrbashyan — a leading economist and strategic development expert, renowned for authoring several of Armenia’s key national strategy documents and currently heading the team developing the country’s National High-Tech Strategy.
