PyData Yerevan invites you to the** Open Source Sprint **aimed at contributing to pandas!
What to expect during Sprint? Sprint will guide you as a new contributor on how you can make your own contributions to the open-source library. During the sprint, you will:
- Join the development environment,
- Explore coding practices of the project for contribution,
- Start contributing and make your first actual Pull Request!
Facilitator The sprint will be hosted by Suren Poghosyan, an active member of the PyData Yerevan community with a strong interest in open-source development as well as experience mentoring in previous sprints. At Picsart, he has worked on the Foundational AI team, helping scale AI features like AI Avatar, AI Expand, and more. He works with hardware systems such as Raspberry Pi clusters and maintains personal rack server for experimenting with self-hosted services and infrastructure automation as a hobby.
MentorDavit Ter-Torosyan is a cybersecurity enthusiast currently studying at the American University of Armenia. He has hands-on experience with OSINT, penetration testing, and Linux-based systems. Skilled in Python and familiar with containerization and virtual machines, Davit also has a strong grasp of networking protocols and the OSI model.
What are the requirements to participate?
