💼🌎 In a time when public institutions everywhere are being tested - by uncertainty, rapid technological change, and growing expectations - one thing remains clear: the future depends on our ability to learn, adapt, and act together.

On March 17–18, 2026, we come together at the Sundukyan Theatre in Yerevan for Public Sector Innovation Forum III (PSIF III): Adaptive Governance for Systemic Transformation.

Public Sector Innovation Forum III (PSIF III) unites leaders and practitioners who are improving how the government works - under pressure, at scale, and with people and innovation at the center. The Forum is empowered by the Armenia National SDG Innovation Lab.

🎤 PSIF III is a two-day space for courageous public leadership, honest dialogue, and practical tools that help turn ambition into implementation. It brings together public officials, reform leaders, innovators, civil society, and partners to explore how Armenia can strengthen state capacity, modernize public services, and build a mission-driven governance culture that is adaptive, grounded in democratic values and standards, and ready for 21st-century challenges.

This year’s Forum is structured around four stages:

🔹 Mission-oriented & Adaptive: Governance Reimagined; 🔹 How We Care: Dignity, Welfare, and Futures; 🔹 Financing: Impact Alliances; 🔹 Public Sector Innovation: Learning Lab.

Across both days, we’ll engage with world-class thinkers and practitioners to tackle Armenia’s most urgent transformation questions - from vision-oriented governance and execution, to AI in government, talent and infrastructure, and nationwide AI literacy.

The program also features the PSI Award Ceremony, alongside Creative Corners that bring young voices, art, and technology into the Forum experience.

💡 If you are building change inside institutions, working alongside the government, supporting reforms, or shaping the future of public services and policy, we would be honored to have you with us.
