We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director (5 years at least) to lead our marketing efforts at MAP Company. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in the alcohol and beverage industry.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is strongly preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a dynamic marketing environment including proven experience in leading and developing teams

3. Proven track record of success in the alcohol and beverage industry.

4. Extensive experience in launching new products and effectively promoting existing ones.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.

6. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

9. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce trends.

10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

11. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with outsource companies and external partners.

12. Proven experience in managing and maximizing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

13. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and deliverables from external partners.


1. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

2. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.

3. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products, ensuring a seamless integration into the market.

4. Create and implement compelling marketing campaigns that effectively promote existing products, emphasizing their unique selling propositions.

5. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Analyze and interpret market data to make informed decisions on pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.

7. Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.

9. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

10. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

11. Write creative briefs for marketing campaigns including events, print advertising, video, and all digital and web content needs, working closely with the creative team to support the go-to-market plan, with consideration to the touchpoint/format/platform/audience and device

12. Oversee the media buying process to ensure success.

13. Oversee the organization's response to media in crisis or breaking new situations
