Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Garage Masters' Mall.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 47 automotive service stations. You will ensure that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive engineering or service spheres
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to determine priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure that service operations are running smoothly
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service solutions
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of service equipment and tools
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and industry trends
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
