We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team and assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, event management, documentation flow, internal communication, and employer branding. This is a supporting role that will help ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on recruitment, event management, or internal communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of the RA Labor Code and ability to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, English, and Russian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate sourcing.
  • Help manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events such as training programs, team-building activities, and company celebrations.
  • Work with the HR team to plan events that align with company culture and employee engagement strategies.
  • Help maintain and organize employee records, ensuring all HR-related documentation is properly filed and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, employment letters, and other HR-related documents while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Support in the development and execution of internal communications to ensure that employees are informed about important HR updates, events, and initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of employer branding initiatives to promote the company’s values and culture both internally and externally.
