• Our plan – Building the backlog to achieve our goals

• Activities – What are our activities in a near future and what do we do?

It is very practical and most of the time is spent in collaborative exercises. Every exercise is preceded by a relevant theory walkthrough.

At the end of the course, you get a toolkit to become an effective Scrum Master, Product Owner or Product Manager.
