Office assistant/receptionist
Job description
We are seeking a very responsible and active person for an Office Assistant/Receptionist role in Volo to perform various clerical tasks and manage the company's general administrative activities.
This is a temporary replacement position with a minimum commitment of six months and the potential for prolongment for several months based on needs.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Armenian, English, Russian);
- Experience as an office assistant or receptionist is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk duties;
- Answer phone calls, welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos and letters;
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings;
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office;
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and research new deals;
- Manage travel arrangements;
- Provide administrative support for the team.
