The role can be both part-time or Full-time.


As an Executive Assistant specializing in HR, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Organizational Excellence:

- Manage company event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, guaranteeing efficient and effective processes.

2. Vendor Coordination:

- Maintain communication with company partner vendors for ordering printing materials and corporate gifts.

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

3. Social Media Management:

- Run and curate content for social media channels.

- Learn to capture and create engaging photos and reels showcasing completed orders and events.

4. Communication Hub:

- Report daily tasks to the management team, providing clear and concise updates.

- Foster communication with clients (HRs) to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

5. Content Creation:

- Design and draft presentations, offers, and catalogs for clients, ensuring a professional and compelling representation of our services.

  • Strong organizational skills to streamline processes and ensure efficient task execution.
  • Previous experience in organizing and coordinating events is a plus, showcasing your ability to handle logistical details and create memorable experiences.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • An ability to connect with clients (HRs), understand their requirements and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Basic design skills for creating presentations, offers, and catalogs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong command of the English and Armenian languages to effectively engage with partners, vendors, and clients.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, coupled with a keen eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
