Job description
We are looking for a (Junior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our EMEA team in our Yerevan office. Support our global Talent Acquisition team in sourcing the best candidates, own the end-to-end hiring process and help connecting best talent with the best career opportunities within TeamViewer.

Requirements
- University or college degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or any other related subject with focus on Human Resources
- Ideally initial experience in recruiting (with focus on direct search)
- Candidate-oriented approach, which values the delivery of positive candidate and employee experience
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Google, Social Media, job boards and more)
- Excellent communication skills and analytic thinking are your strengths
- Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for our Talent Acquisition Partners globally
- Focus on strategically sourcing, building your talent pipeline through LinkedIn and Social Media activities
- Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and video interviews, and manage the offer documentation process
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for all vacancies in Armenia: creating job descriptions, screening applications, interviewing candidates, handling assessments included in the selection process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Perform additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Support our local HR team in ensuring that new joiners have a smooth start by coordinating and distributing HR-related documentation
