Margasoft Corp. is looking for a smart individual with good communication skills to join our technical team as Product Support Specialist. The incumbent will be closely working with our Software Development, QA and Project Management team to provide high-quality support to our valued customers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in Agile\Scrum environment is a plus
- Advanced English oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in preparing documentation/reports
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills: should be empathetic, confident and able to interact with different personality types
Responsibilities
- Closely work with the development team to efficiently resolve users’ issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze user requests and validate them based on certain criteria.
- Establish good working relationship with current users and provide ongoing support.
- Research and analyze industry trends to recommend relevant and up-to-date solutions.
- Work with the development team on performance analysis of a product and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for all activities including product development, enhancement, and support cases.
- Onboard and conduct training for existing and new users.
- Prepare training materials/video tutorials and organize demos.
