Hermitage Projects is currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Լabor legislation.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in 1C software.
- Advanced knowledge of Ms Office.
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
Strong interpersonal skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to present new ideas, communicate, and collaborate.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and initiating hiring procedures.
- Handle daily HR tasks and administrative duties.
- Manage employee documentation and record-keeping.
- Carry out necessary administrative responsibilities.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Organize team events and employee engagement activities.
