Job description
Due to the production necessity of developing three key regulatory documents—specifically the Financial Policy, HR Policy, and Marketing Policy—it is essential to create a unified electronic platform. This platform will ensure seamless document flow management across all structural divisions and we are looking for professional chancellery specialist , who will arrange, manage and control the documents flow , incoming and outcoming correspondence, monitor the correct formation of files in company's structural divisions ,develop and implement proposals for improving the records management system, including computerization of the document management process.
Requirements
Primary Education and Qualification: Chancellery and document management.
Work Experience in the Field: At least 3 years.
Computer proficiency and software knowledge: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Languages required: English, Russian, Armenian.
Responsibilities
-Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, delivering it to the appropriate recipients.
-Monitoring the execution of documents.
-Organizing the registration, accounting, and storage of documents.
-Receiving, registering, and sending postal correspondence and subscription publications.
-Developing the file nomenclature and monitoring the correct formation of files in GN GC's structural divisions.
-Preparing documents for timely transfer to the archive.
-Developing and implementing proposals for improving the records management system, including computerization of the document management process.
