M-One is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time, office-based role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the fields of business development, inbound and outbound sales. As a key player in our sales department, you'll help drive our company's success by engaging with potential clients and expanding our market presence. ## **Requirements**
- Basic understanding of B2C & B2B sales processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
## **Responsibilities**
- Actively prospect and research new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to potential clients and guiding them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using company-designated tools and systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, contributing to overall business development goals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs while ensuring a high level of punctuality and professionalism in all client-facing activities.
