VOLO is hiring a result-oriented professional to fulfill the position of a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with the Marketing Team.
This position is ideal for a candidate who is not only skilled in content creation and CRM management but also possesses a strategic mindset, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
This is a temporary replacement position with a minimum commitment of 1 year and the potential for prolongment based on needs.

- Experience in B2B Marketing: Proven track record in B2B marketing with an ability to create content that engages professional audiences and drives business results.
- CRM Expertise: Experienced in managing CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and customer segmentation.
- Content Strategy and Execution: Experience in developing and implementing content strategies, along with the ability to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals. This includes webinars, short videos, client testimonials, etc.
- Social Media Proficiency: Skilled in managing social media platforms and campaigns, with a knack for engaging with audiences and enhancing brand visibility online.
- Team Collaboration and Empathy: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating empathy and understanding of team dynamics.
- Learning and Initiative: Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in driving projects and campaigns forward.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Armenian, English, Russian).

- CRM Management: Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure optimal performance, including data analysis, segmentation, campaign management, and reporting to drive engagement and sales.
- Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and business goals. Create compelling, targeted content that resonates with B2B audiences and drives engagement across multiple platforms.
- Social Media Management: Plan and implement a social media strategy that complements the overall content and marketing objectives. Manage social media channels to enhance brand presence, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Content Planning: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and effective content pipeline that supports brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Market Research and Segmentation: Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to segment the market effectively and tailor marketing strategies to different audience groups.
- Demand Generation Strategies: Be proactive in identifying and implementing new demand generation strategies to attract leads and convert prospects into customers, constantly innovating to stay ahead in the market.
