
Premium Client Manager, Premium Service Division

A Premium Client Manager is expected to deliver top-notch, customer-centric service to premium clients by identifying their needs, offering appropriate banking services and ensuring proper maintenance and control of transactions in line with the bank’s policy and legal norms.
Պահանջներ
- Provide advice and properly introduce the services offered by the Bank to Premium, Partner and other clients (hereinafter “client”)
- Identify client needs, offer tailored products as necessary and implement cross-selling
- Open bank, deposit, card and other accounts and prepare required document packages, make sure all the documents are complete and accurate
- Prepare and maintain client files, both in paper and electronic forms (including in the Bank’s operational system, CRM database)
- Track client transactions throughout the business process
- Act as liaison between the client and the bank
- Accept client applications for banking services, including loan applications and conduct their day-to-day monitoring
- Formalize and execute client account crediting, debiting and FX transactions, accept and execute other payment orders
- Make loan repayments, accept loan/overdraft limit reduction applications,
- Provide issued plastic cards and advise on how to fill out payment documents
- Prepare and provide to clients account statements, references and other informational materials
- Collect and present to the Division Head client observations, recommendations and complaints with regard to any operation or service of the bank
- Present the operations executed during the day for review
- Submit other reports whenever required
- Submit recommendations for continuous improvement and amendment of the procedures and processes, where necessary
- Perform core functions defined for the position in accordance with the laws, rules and procedures regulating the sector
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Division
- Operate under established roles, approved limits and responsibilities
- Identify, discuss and develop solutions together with the supervisor to address the issues impeding ordinary course of work
- Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the bank
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

**Education: **higher education in business administration, finance, accounting, economics Work experience: at least 3 years of relevant work experience Market knowledge: sufficient knowledge of the industry, ability to develop and offer competitive terms to attract and develop clients on better terms **Relationship management and communication: **ability to interact with clients of different segments, excellent communication skills, ability to establish and manage relationships with internal and external parties **Business knowledge: familiarity with **the financial market, ability to analyze the client’s financial situation, timely and properly identify and manage possible risks related to potential losses for the bank Business ethics: integrity and high level of professionalism in managing clients’ confidential personal and financial data Technical knowledge: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AS-Bank 4.0 Operational Day **Knowledge of services: **excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
