Senior Business Development Manager/Retail Banking

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for attracting new strategic partners for the Bank’s retail business, while strengthening and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is intended for a dynamic and proactive individual with strong communication skills, who is ready to be the “Face of the Bank” and represent the Bank before key partners, engage actively in the business community, and have an important contribution to the growth of the retail business operations, increase of the Bank’s market share, portfolio and profits. The role requires active collaboration in B2C, B2B, and B2G sectors, fostering long-lasting relationships, discovering new opportunities, contributing to enhancing the Bank’s presence in various markets and the continuous growth of the customer base.
Պահանջներ
- University degree in economics, finance, business management or related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in finance/banking, including work experience with B2B/B2G partners
- Strong practical knowledge of banking products and retail business specifics
- Strong understanding of the competitive environment, ability to analyze the market, study and assess customer behavior
- Knowledge of business correspondence and professional communication etiquette
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems

Պարտականություններ
- Attract major payroll projects and corporate clients, carry out direct/cross sales of the card, credit and other products of the Bank, ensuring maximum customer engagement
- Generate leads and carry out active acquisition of major customers through meetings, negotiations, calls and presentations
- Build, maintain and enhance long-term business relationships with both new and existing clients; manage portfolios of the existing clients, ensuring their continuous growth
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, collaborate with various departments of the Bank, presenting proposals aimed at improving products and business processes.
- Regularly conduct sales analysis, portfolio evaluation, prepare and present sales reports
- Actively support the improvement of internal reporting, CRM system and databases to facilitate effective business decision-making
- Actively collaborate with product teams to deliver cutting-edge banking services and processes based on feedback on customer and market needs
- Actively participate in various forums and business community events, strengthening the Bank’s reputation and visibility and identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition
- Act as a role model for other team members, fostering the development of a culture of knowledge-based service delivery, actively sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to the professional growth of team members
