We are seeking a Experienced Java Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our Acumen Technologies team. As an Experienced Software Engineer you will provide guidance and leadership while leveraging your extensive technical expertise to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the project under your supervision.
Պահանջներ
- 6+ years of progressive software development experience.
- Strong experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Spring & Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with object-relational mapping (ORM) technologies and Inversion of Control (IoC) containers.
- Proficiency in using automated project building tools (Maven or Gradle).
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Expertise in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests (JUnit).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
- Prior experience in microservices development is a plus.
- Knowledge of Angular or another front-end framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kafka is a plus.

- Develop high-quality code that adheres to best practices, and conduct rigorous development testing and debugging.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for the functionality you oversee.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.
- Take the lead in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design, guiding the team towards effective and efficient solutions.
- Act as a technical problem solver, helping the team overcome complex technical challenges and roadblocks.
- Address conflicts within the team, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with project progress.
