An AI interviewer asks hard questions and follows up on thin answers; you get a score from 0 to 100 and every word of the conversation. **Comes with every plan** [**Post a job**(opens in a new tab)](https://app.hrdrone.am/new-post) [**Compare plans **](https://hrdrone.am/pricing) ## **How it works** 1. **1**### **Pick a skill** In the chat, choose a skill on their profile or on your job that has no score yet, and send the request. 2. **2**### **They take the interview** The candidate talks it through with HR Drone's AI interviewer, in English, Armenian or Russian. 3. **3**### **Read the result** The chat shows the score, how long it took and the full transcript, and the score joins their match breakdown. ### **An interviewer that pushes** The questions are advanced and the interviewer gives no hints. When an answer is thin, it asks for detail. ### **Scored on the whole conversation** A second pass reads the full transcript and scores it from 0 to 100. ### **A certificate from 70** Candidates who score 70 or more earn a skill certificate they can share. ### **Theirs to retake or hide** A candidate can retake an interview, which replaces the earlier result, or hide a result.
