# **Job distribution: ****straight to the people who fit.**

The moment a job is published, every jobseeker who matches it gets a push notification. HR Drone's Telegram channel posts it, then again after 7, 14 and 21 days.

## **How it works**

1. **1**### **You publish**

   Publishing a job, or renewing it, starts the distribution. Extending a post within its month doesn't announce it again.
2. **2**### **Matching jobseekers hear first**

   Everyone whose profile fits the job gets a push notification, from the specialty and skills to the level and location.
3. **3**### **HR Drone's channels follow**

   Within minutes it's on HR Drone's Telegram channel, again after 7, 14 and 21 days while it's active, and shared on HR Drone's LinkedIn and Facebook pages.

### **Who counts as a match**

A jobseeker with an active profile in the job's specialty, with at least one of its main skills, a level it asks for and an employment type it offers, in its city unless the job is remote.

### **Email, too**

Jobseekers also get a regular email of their best matches: up to four jobs that fit them 60% or more.

### **Telegram, on a schedule**

Your job is posted on the channel within minutes, then at the same hour 7, 14 and 21 days later, as long as it is active.

### **Confidential stays confidential**

A confidential job goes out without your company's name, on Telegram too.

No. Only publishing and renewing announce a job; extending it within its month doesn't.
