Each role sees what its work needs, and nothing more. **Unlimited from Business, or as an add-on** [**Post a job**(opens in a new tab)](https://app.hrdrone.am/new-post) [**Compare plans **](https://hrdrone.am/pricing) ## **How it works** 1. **1**### **Invite your team** From Team in settings, the owner invites recruiters and interviewers; recruiters can invite interviewers. 2. **2**### **Share a candidate** Share a note on a candidate with an interviewer; they hear about it by email and in the app. 3. **3**### **Decide together** Interviewers read and add to the notes you share; the conversation and the decision stay with you. ### **Owner** Edits the company profile, connects your ATS, and invites recruiters and interviewers. ### **Recruiter** Posts jobs, talks to candidates and moves them through the pipeline, and can invite interviewers. ### **Interviewer** Sees only the notes shared with them, with a card for each candidate: first name, position, skills, the job and Skill Interview results. No candidate lists, chats or job posts. ### **Interviewers don't take a place** Interviewers never count toward your team's places. Unlimited recruiters come with Business and above, or as an add-on. ## **Questions employers ask** No. They don't take a place on any plan. Interviewers, yes. Only the owner invites recruiters.
