Move each candidate from New through Shortlist, Interview and Task to Hired. Applications you leave two weeks without a reply can close on their own, with your rejection message.

## **How it works**

1. **1**### **Applications arrive as New**

   Each application opens a thread at New.
2. **2**### **Set the stage**

   Move candidates through Shortlist, Interview and Task, put them On Hold, or close them as Hired, Declined or Rejected.
3. **3**### **See who is where**

   Filter active candidates by stage, with the hired, rejected and declined in their own tabs.

### **Every move on record**

Each stage change adds a note to the candidate, so the history is there when a teammate picks them up.

### **Auto-reject**

On unless you switch it off for a job: an application where the candidate wrote last and waited two weeks for your reply closes, with your rejection message.

### **Notes for interviewers**

Write notes on a candidate, attach up to 10 files, and share them with your interviewers.

### **A second chance**

Someone who applies again more than 180 days after a rejection comes back as Reapplied.

With auto-reject on, they close after two weeks without your reply, and the candidate gets your rejection message.
