   Pick one of your active jobs, and the list ranks by match score.

You see their skills, experience and expectations. Their last name, photo, contacts and CV stay hidden until they share them with you; reaching out doesn't share them.

Filter for people actively looking, or include passive jobseekers: not searching, but not offline either.

The salary range reads each candidate's lowest acceptable monthly net salary, so you know who your budget can reach.
