## **How it works**

1. **1**### **A thread opens**

   When someone applies, or when you reach out to someone in the jobseeker database.
2. **2**### **Reply your way**

   Write it yourself, pick a template, or let AI fix the grammar, change the tone, shorten, lengthen or translate it.
3. **3**### **Move them on**

   Set their stage, reject with a template, or request a Skill Interview from the same screen.

### **Templates for the whole team**

Templates are shared across your company, as many as you need, each up to 3,000 characters. Placeholders fill in the candidate's name, the job title, the date and your company.

### **Outreach and rejections**

Keep separate templates for first messages to people you found and for rejections, so the right words are one click away.

### **Notes beside the conversation**

Open notes from the top of the thread and share them with your interviewers.

### **Confidential jobs**

On a confidential job the thread shows "NDA Company" in place of your company; the recruiter still appears by name.

### **Contacts when they apply**

Applying shares a candidate's contacts and CV with you. People you reach out to share theirs when they choose.
