## **How it works**

1. **1**### **Upload the CVs**

   On your dashboard, add up to 30 PDF CVs, each under 6 MB.
2. **2**### **Pick the job**

   Choose one of your jobs with its requirements filled in: every CV is read against them.
3. **3**### **Read the results**

   Results arrive as each CV is read. Sort by score or name, with your top candidates first.

### **Requirement by requirement**

Each CV lists the job's requirements it meets and the ones it misses.

### **Level, read from the CV**

The screener reads each candidate's level and says whether it fits the levels you're hiring for.

### **A short conclusion**

Each CV ends with a conclusion in plain words, written in the language you use HR Drone in.

### **The batch at a glance**

Top candidates score 70 or more, and the batch shows its average, highest and lowest scores.
