Ask it to find candidates for a job, read the CVs people have shared with you, or, if you allow it, message candidates as you. **Depends on the plan** [**Post a job**(opens in a new tab)](https://app.hrdrone.am/new-post) [**Compare plans **](https://hrdrone.am/pricing) ## **How it works** 1. **1**### **Add HR Drone to your assistant** Add HR Drone as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or another MCP client. 2. **2**### **Approve it** Sign in to HR Drone and choose what the assistant may do: Read, or Read and act. 3. **3**### **Work from the chat** Ask in plain words. Your assistant searches and reads in HR Drone and, with Read and act, writes there for you. ### **Read** Search the jobseeker database, match candidates to a job, and read threads, notes, Skill Interviews and the CVs shared with you. ### **Read and act** Also message candidates, start conversations, move or reject them, write and share notes, and create or update job posts. ### **Limits that keep it sane** Each connection can send up to 100 candidate messages an hour and start up to 20 new conversations a day. Reading notifies no one, and whatever a connection writes is marked as sent through it. ### **You stay in control** See every connection in settings and disconnect one at once. Changing your password disconnects them all. ## **Questions employers ask** Only if you approve Read and act. With Read, it can only look. No. Reading notifies no one; messages it sends arrive as from you. Open AI connections in settings and disconnect it. It stops at once.
