# **HOW TO BOOST YOUR CAREER IN IT:ESSENTIAL TIPS AND STRATEGIES**

In collaboration with the IT Association of Armenia, we’re organizing a hands-on career development workshop for IT professionals- whether you’re just starting out or ready to take the next step in your career.
The workshop will be led by Arsen Grigoryan, People Operations & HRIS Lead at Qatar Insurance Company and Co-founder of the IT Association of Armenia. With over 7 years of experience in the tech industry, Arsen is known for his data-driven approach and practical career insights. He’ll share actionable strategies, real examples, and tools you can start using right away.
What we’ll cover: ✅ Finding the right job and tailoring your resume ✅ Personal branding and building a strong professional network ✅ The soft skills that really matter in the workplace ✅ Real career paths and strategies for growing in IT It’ll be an engaging, interactive event designed for both junior and mid-level professionals in the tech field. 🗣 *The session will be held in English.*
