# **From Stress to Success**
[Organized by**HR Drone**](https://hrdrone.am/events/hr-drone)
## **About this event**
The idea of the **"From Stress to Success"** event was born from a simple thought: many HR Heads and leaders constantly care about their employees, but often forget to restore their own resources and take care of themselves.
The event gave participants the opportunity to focus on themselves, recognize their importance, and learn methods for properly managing emotional energy.
In the first part of the event, guests participated in a seminar by psychologist Mariam Melkumyan, where they received practical advice and techniques for maintaining their energy and increasing work efficiency.
In the second part, HR Drone guests took part in a unique interactive activity - breaking Soviet dishes on which they had written the troubling issues of the past week. This helped them express their emotions and release stress.
The event created an inspiring and warm atmosphere, where everyone reflected on their own experience and learned to pay attention to restoring their personal resources.
**Event sponsors:** Garage Masters Mall, MASTERMIND Training and Development, Crash Room
