# **The Art of Letting Go**
[Organized by**HR Drone**](https://hrdrone.am/events/hr-drone)
## **About this event**
While everyone talks about how to get a desired job offer or build a CV, HR Drone, as a global employment platform, raises topics that are usually overlooked.
**“The Art of Letting Go”** event addressed an important and complex topic in the HR field - the ability to accept change and let go at the right time. It was designed for those who lead teams and often make difficult decisions.
Participants discussed what it means to “let go” and how to accept change without fear or resistance.
The event speakers - Lilit Papikyan, Corporate Psychologist and HR Partner at DataArt and Gevorg Poghosyan, Co-founder of TCF and CEO of reArmenia-addressed modern challenges, including the psychological aspects and the impact of AI on HR processes, as well as how technology can benefit people rather than replace them.
A special guest of the event was HR expert Ave Arumäe from Estonia, who presented international experience and opened new perspectives for participants. The event helped participants rethink leadership, teamwork, and organizational development. It emphasized that moving forward requires not only creating something new but also letting go of the old in the right way and at the right time - forming healthier and more effective systems and teams.
