# **Room to Grow**
[Organized by**HR Drone**](https://hrdrone.am/events/hr-drone)
## **About this event**
At the center of the \*\*“Room to Grow” \*\*event was a panel discussion, professionally and vividly moderated by our partner Astghik Malkhasyan, HR Director at Optimax Dev. She created an open, active, and engaging atmosphere, allowing each participant to be at the center of the discussion.
Experts from various sectors - from finance and banking to IT and HoReCa - spoke about real growth.
Panelists included:
- Narek Hakobyan - Co-founder & CEO, HR Drone | Co-founder & CTO, M-One
- Oksanna Elchyan - HR Director, Coffee House Company | Founder & Director, About People HR Consulting
- Anna Nalbandyan - Head of Talent Acquisition, Evocabank
- Lilit Mkhtaryan - Recruitment Team Lead, TUMO Center for Creative Technologies
The discussions were not only about numbers but also about people, values, and team culture. Open and honest conversations created a dynamic atmosphere where participants shared experiences, discovered new ideas, and built new connections. The key question was clear: how to grow quickly without losing the culture that made the company successful.
The event was also symbolic for us. The HR Drone team had literally outgrown the office space where the idea was born and the first collaborations were formed. That evening became our last gathering in that space, marking the move to a new, larger office and the beginning of a new phase.
**“Room to Grow”** once again confirmed that growth requires space - not only physical, but also for ideas, connections and collective development.
