A practical course on using the ARMEPS-PPCM electronic system for procurement planning, contract management, and reporting. The program includes a detailed breakdown and interpretation of electronic procurement and auction procedures. Instructor: Flora Mangyan (Head of the Procurement Department at Yerevan State University). Duration: 3 days, 3 hours per day. The course is endorsed by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, making it eligible for tuition reimbursement. A certificate is issued upon completion.
