# **Career Compass: Find Your Path**

## **About this event**
The "Career Compass: Find Your Path" event aims to present the current trends and requirements of the labor market, as well as to support students and graduates in taking their first steps in their career more confidently.
The first part of the event will feature a panel discussion on the topic "First Steps in a Career: Employers' Expectations", during which experienced HR specialists will present the current trends in the labor market and employers' expectations of novice specialists.
**Moderator:** Anna Maksudyan - YSU, Head of the HR Master's Program
**Speakers:**
- Mariana Edilyan - Viva (Viva Armenia CJSC), Head of the HR Department
- Narek Hakobyan - HR Drone & M-One companies, Co-founder
- Nelly Purtoyan - Coca-Cola HBC Armenia, HR Director
- Emma Margaryan - Soft Construct Holding, Group Recruitment Manager
- Heghine Mikayelyan - Inecobank, Head of Talent Acquisition and Training Service, HR Department
The second part of the event will also present the new initiative of the YSU Alumni and Career Center - the "Career Compass: Find Your Path" program, which aims to provide students and graduates with ongoing support in the career development process.
During the event, the participants will already have the opportunity to register for individual and group HR consultations.
