# **HR: Who Are We Through Our Team’s Eyes?**

[Organized by**Elite Dev Squad**](https://hrdrone.am/events/elite-dev-squad)

## **About this event**

HR is more than policies, processes, and job titles. It’s trust, communication, support, and the everyday moments that shape how teams truly experience the company.

At this HR Club meetup, we’ll explore how HR is perceived through our team’s eyes. What do employees really expect from HR? How do our actions, words, and decisions feel on the other side? And how aligned is our intention with their reality?

This event is about honest reflections, real stories, and meaningful discussions among HR professionals. Together, we’ll share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and gain insights that help us build stronger connections with our teams.
