## **About this event**
Throughout 12 years, the Annual Regional Conference has been reflecting the most spoken and trendy topics in the field of
leadership and people management. It has conquered the hearts of leaders because of its unusual format, deep topics, connectivity, and enriched content. We are happy to declare another round of the leadership series and come up with this year's topic - “The Science of Leadership”.
We will explore how the human brain, artificial intelligence, and psychology all shape the leadership. Practical sessions, discussions, networking, and exciting keynote speeches will help everyone understand how our brains work and how the leadership mindset is changing in the contemporary world.
We will focus on the challenges we face in our changing world, where the human brain should use AI for better outcomes and more efficient leadership.
