## **About this event**

**On February 6, հայrate 2025** will take place — **the 5th anniversary** edition of this now well-established and trusted initiative, organized in partnership with **Grant Thornton Armenia**. Five years of trust, research and impact. **hայrate** serves as a dialogue between employers and future professionals, offering an opportunity to listen, understand and act based on evidence. During հայrate 2025 Awards Ceremony we will:

- present the results of the survey conducted among thousands of students,
- present the results of the survey conducted among employers,
- present the comperative analysis of these 2 perspectives,
- honor the organizations recognized by students as the most attractive employers.
