# **A live debate on the hidden patterns shaping our teams**

**We’re back with a fresh perspective on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).** This year, we're going beyond the usual panel discussions and diving straight into what really matters: the uncomfortable, honest, and necessary conversations around inclusion, bias, and leadership in tech brought to you in partnership with\*\* Adobe **and** Meettal.\*\* Our keynote speaker, **Tigran Sargsyan**, will share his view on why DEI should be seen through a pragmatic lens. Then we’ll move into a live debate between two sharp minds in the industry: **Narek Aslikyan** and **Arsen Babayan**. No filters, no sugarcoating—just real talk about how teams are built, who gets hired, and why some people still get left out. **Together, we’ll ask**:
- What do we overlook when building teams?
- Where does unconscious bias show up in hiring?
- Are diversity efforts shifting who leads?
- Why do ageism and pay gaps continue to exist?
- And what are we still getting wrong?
